Cancellation of the activity or rescheduling (subject to availability) will incur a 20% management fee of the total amount.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests (subject to availability) made less than 72 hours before the start of the activity will be charged 50% of the total amount.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total amount.
